Re: Newbie - first flush this weekend

My wife and I are also going to try are first flush this weekend. What do you say about us all reporting back here with our results?
I have read that some people flush once every 4 to 6 weeks until they are better and then flush twice a year after that.
Don't expect much support from most doctors as there training centers around pharmaceuticals. In my opinion they are well trained pill salespeople.
