Stevia....to Paint Lady

Paint Lady, I just found this post from you about the Stevia.
I wondered too how the made the powdered Stevia white. I did get it and am using it in coffee and it tastes great. All they had was the powdered and the liquid. I was so happy to have found any, that I just grabbed it ! I think I will search online for some that is the leaf, unadulterated. Thanks again,
