To do liver cleanse, enema is not mandatorry.

If you choose Hulda Clark 's recipe for liver flush, you wil use Epsom Salt as oral enema, instead of anal enema that is used with recipes that don't ask for taking magnesium ( Epsom Salts ).

But considering that you are in a wheel chair, you should absolutely first do bowel cleanse, parasites cleanse, and kidney cleanse, (if you din't) and you should consider dental cleanup (if you do have any dental metal).
