FWIW, nothing you've ever written on cz has ever made me think for a second that you are either silly or psychotic. Your consciousness may have been jostled, as you seem to have uncontrollable contact/perceptions with the medium on which all is present, including past events. Try to not be frightened by it - it's more of a gift than anything else.
