From my experience - the first time i did the Master-Cleanse 10 days in Aug, I did my first Liver Flush about a week later and felt AWESOME afterwards! Eliminated lots of different parasites and I think gallstones. The 2nd MC, 14 days last month, I did the Liver Flush on day 15 and everything I drank ran straight thru me including the olive oil at 4am. My bootie was even sorer than usual! I got rid of lots of chaff and liver stones , but I will wait next time I do it after a MC.
