--Footbaths--Protein Isotopes--Hot vs Cold--

Hi refreshed,

Your question: So how do the footbaths work and is adding ice to the footbaths rinse not necessary?

Answer: The footbaths Cause Acids to be pulled out of the feet and one may get better Results using an alternate of Hot foot soak to Cold water and back again !

The footbath is a little different than the rest of the body because the major Lymphatic Fluids are not affected with the footbath as they will be with a Full Bath ! In a full body Bath our Lymphatic Fluiods will have the Toxins and Excess Acids pulled thru them and or into them and from there some come on out thru the skin mantle and some stay in the Lymphatic fluids ! Maybe I did not explain real good, but that is kinda how it may work?

Smile Tis your choice.
