--answer--Protein Isotopes--Hot vs Cold--

Hi refreshed ,

Your question: "The body is made of Flesh which is made of Protein, which means that the whole
body has Protein all over in it's self!"

What I don't understand is why is just cooling the skin with the final cool shower enough to change the isotope to alkaline and not deeper into the muscle?

Answer: The Cold shower after the Hot tub soak is to take away most of the Internal Heat and this is enough to Cause the Nitrogen isotope change in the entire body !

If you have a cast iron pan and you Heat it up Hot, then you dip it into cold water for just a little bit , the Cold water will take away the Heat !

The body works on the same Principles !

Cause and Effect !

Smile Tis your choice.
