Re: asthma, acute bronchitis and night time wheezing

Hi, I have emphyzema and took a class in the Buteyko method of breathing. It has helped me and even tho I can't reverse my disease, it has helped me avoid having to take any medication for it. I told my sister who has asthma and sent her a book and as far as she is concerned, it is a miracle. Before, she wasn't able to go shopping without having to sometimes just sit down in the middle of a parking lot because she couldn't get her breath. She couldn't walk down the driveway to get her mail without struggling to breathe. Now she is off her medications and she can shop and just got back from a two week vacation where she had to do a lot of walking. And it is such a easy thing to do.
