Dehydration on the Liver Flush

I tried the liver flush.
It worked of course.

The only question i have is around dehydration
while doing it.

The Clark protocol seems to suggest that you
shouldn't have ANYTHING to drink after 2:00.

The problem is, that once i start having the
diarrhoea from the Epsom Salts , dehydration
starts to set in.

Am i misreading the protocol?
Is it ok to drink lots of water to
keep hydrated, even after 2:00?

Thanks,
parched
