Re: Persistent pain - please help - reply to Lisa
Dear Lisa
Thanks very much for all the advice. No, I haven't had any black stones yet, but I live in hope - I expect they're in there somewhere!
The hot water bottle is now my trusty friend. I find that it helps almost more than anything else when I'm in pain, and, as you say, the heat may be helping to shape the stones.
Southern Belle has recommended that I just leave things alone for a couple of weeks since I've done so much flushing recently and I think this is probably good advice. Once my system's a bit less upset I'll do the
parasite cleanse and then start flushing again. I'll let you know how it all works out.
It's helpful to know that you and your daughter have had the feverish symptoms too. I don't remember reading much about this elsewhere on the site. I'll get some vitamin C as soon as possible. Knowing that other people have had the same problems is a big help in remaining optimistic. Because I've had odd days here and there of feeling fantastic after flushing I'm mostly pretty cheerful about the eventual outcome of all this, but I must say that I've been a bit depressed over the last few days of feeling bad again. However, I had a better sleep last night; although I've still got some pain it's not as bad as before and I'm generally in better shape.
Thanks, Lisa
Best wishes
Petra
