Paint Lady, I was the same way with coffee for years.....almost white with half and half and several scoops of brown sugar. Then I drank it with only poisonous artificial sweetener. Now I drink it with maple syrup. I now stay away from brown sugar,since reading that it is just white Sugar with molasses added to it. I am scared of White Sugar .
Yes I got pain relief. I feel ok, as far as pain, there is none. I looked the blond mess over pretty good and did not even find any chaff. I have no energy and I know I need to do a good liver flush. I am sitting here with this cup of coffee and coffee mate and since I read your post about it containing tons of chemicals I am pouring it down the sink and throwing out the rest of the coffee mate. "Good bye coffee mate, give your chemicals to the drain!" Have to find some humor. *LOL*
Happy to hear that the arginine is working for you! I have ordered ornithine and hopefully I will be able to sleep before 2AM when I take that.
