Liver Cleanse question

I did my 4th liver cleanse last night ( each 2 weeks apart). I have gotten out quite a few stones each of the first 3 times, mainly using Apple Juice during the day and no food. I have done the Epsom Salts , but even in cutting the 4 tsp in HALF, I had extreme diarrhea, so I try noit to use them.
Last night I got quite weak, which I hadn';t usually done the day I cleansed, and gave in to eat a small piece of my birthday cake ( b-Day was Monday) . I figured worst case scenario, I would feel some of the nausea Dr Clark eluded to if you eat past 2 pm the day of cleansing. I didn't.
BUT......I also didn't expel one single stone today ( did have diarrhea, just no stones). Is it at all possible eating that piece of cake, or eating ANY food, would cause them not to pass, even with the olive oil and lemon juice?
