Air Quality
I realize this may not relate directly to the liver flush, but I'm not sure where else to post it. I've looked around this site and read the virtues of killing
parasites and avoiding polutants, doing liver flushes, etc.
But I haven't come across any information about the air quality that we breath. I did the
parasite cleanes followed by a liver cleane and had fantastic results. I did another flush a week later because I felt I needed it. I even got out some pretty impressive stones, but found I didn't feel well after the second flush.
Ever hear you can't see the forrest for the trees? Thinking back, I now realize I had an exterminator scheduled to come spray our home (yes...indoor and out)
because of a fall spider problem we've been having.
How foolish. I work in my basement (where the problem
was the worst) and realize I was simply trading one
poison for another. I've since been looking into other
alternatives to control these things.
I swear I would start to feel good and then when I went down in the basement to work, I would start feeling lousy again.
After the flush, are we more suseptible to pollutants until the liver calms down?
This brings up a point about the air quality in our homes (whether it be from pesticides, gas leaks, dust, etc.). Do others see this as a problem? Have others dealt with this issue?
I've been researching some of the negative ion air filters to help improve the air quality in our home/basement. Does anyone have firsthand experience with these?
I even found a company that sells a "personal space" air
purifier using ulta-violet light and negative ionization. It's battery operated and suppossed to purify the air in a 50 square foot area and is small enough to take to movies, restaurants, etc.
