For muscle toning I do light dumbell workouts and floor exercises. Pilates is awesome, so is yoga. But it has been said that through fasting the skin will regain some of it's elasticity and srink back a little. For me though, i was so extremely over weight, and have lots of stretch marks, so i just do the best i can, and know what i am doing is for my health, not vanity (but its hard, lol)
