One great thing for your skin is skin brushing. There is a forum here for that. You should definitely look it up though.
I was skeptical at first, as I'm sure many people are...it's hard to believe that it actually works to do what it does.
But it helps get rid of cellulite, it tightens the skin, and it does great things for your lymph nodes and circulation.
Just get a natural bristle brush. Start at the soles of your feet, long vigorous strokes towards your heart. counter clockwise circles on your abdomen...it's really simple.
Do it while your skin is dry. Best done right before your shower or exercise. What I lose is to brush and then take a bath with epsolm salts. You skin will feel so good. It's best to do it twice a day.
