Don't get down Rich. I always feel pretty fragile after the flush and weak but there is a pattern. I don't feel as bad as I did after the first flush and now after my 7th flush I distinctly feel a shift in the way my body is operating - I still have the same old symptoms but they are not as intense and sometimes not there at all. Remember that as the body heals it is like a pendulum, not a straight upwards line. The swings of the pendulum get less and less and one day you will reach stability. It isn't an easy road but it does yield results. We are all working with our bodies and we have to learn not to be impatient but to allow it to cleanse at its own pace. Moving house at the moment and I have been doing a lot of cleaning. I washed out the soap drawer of my washing machine and I was amazed at the 'gunk' that had accumulated in the pipes and came swilling out as I ran water at a fast rate through it. It seemed to me to be like a liver flush. The gunk kept on coming out with each flush of water and in the end I got tired and said "That's enough for now'. I know it is not spotlessly clean but the cleaning has started. Must be like our livers - a lot being loosened and waiting to be flushed out. That is what your body is still telling you - there is more to come. Sorry I am rambling, I'm exhausted and tomorrow is the move!
