Hunger: indicator that fast is complete.

Hi guys,

Today is my 26th water-only fast.

Quick question. According to Shelton, when hunger returns that is the ultimate indicator that your fast is over.

This is going to be a dumb question but I'll ask it anyway. How do you know when the hunger returns? Is it stomach pangs or some other feeling/sensation.

I'm feeling very exhausted but I'm not sure if it's the combination of a very hot day and a little bit of lost sleep from last night.
