do you take the magnascent once a day?

Not in any way taking away what it can do for men, but it just has the feeling of agreeing with the female body better than Lugol's.

I still take the Lugol's, like befor laying in the sun, seems to do well to counteract burning, and allow me to cook out there without going lobster.

Does our body still convert the Iodine from the magnascent into Iodide (if anyone knows)?
