Best type of Iodine for mild hypothyroidism?

I see there's many different types of Iodine. Lugols, Magnascent, SSKI , etc. I've been diagnosed with mild hypothyroidism a while back. I've mostly been using kelp, but bottles of kelp take up too much space and seem more expensive. What would be the best kind of liquid Iodine for me to use?
