what vitamin for mom to take

My mom is almost 87. She is really in great shape; but doesn't always eat as she should. She takes a thyroid pill and an anti-depressant. Mom really doesn't like swallowing pills for one thing sometimes she has a difficult time swallowing. Can anyone suggest a good multi for her?
