My mom is almost 87. She is really in great shape; but doesn't always eat as she should. She takes a thyroid pill and an anti-depressant. Mom really doesn't like swallowing pills for one thing sometimes she has a difficult time swallowing. Can anyone suggest a good multi for her?

There are some very good liquid supplements out there.

Unless the pills/tablet is enteric coated or time release, most can be crushed and stirred into a beverage that will mask taste.
