Re: Are corn and sunflower oils good for frying?

In my opinion, the question is not "What oil is good to use for frying", but "What health benefit is
there from eating fried foods"? My answer would be "There is no good oil for frying".
Aren't fried food part of the problem of clogged livers and gall bladders. I have read that most
peoples digestive systems are so bad that they can not digest french fries. So because of this, that
glop can stay in the intestines for years. Think about this when you do a Colon Cleanse and this
long black rubbery thing comes out of your body. What is it made of? Where did it come from?
Could it be those darned french fries (or other fried foods) that you love to eat. If one was to eat
a proper healthy Diet (what ever that me be), I doubt there would be a need for doing any
cleanses.
