I just wanted to ask:
Why wont you use it for frying?
Is it because of the cost or do you know something I dont?

And thanks for the tip on the brand you use. I just found a great new market here, and I remember seeing many really expensive brands and tall dark bottles...Next time Ill pay more attention.
