I use an Organic Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil made by a company in Italy called Bionaturae.
The label says that the olives are grown organically on a small family farm.
The olives are harvested by hand and pressed on the same day.
The oil is stored in dark, cool cellars until bottling.
The oil is then put into dark green glass bottles.

I like the taste of this olive oil. It has been my favorite for about 3 years now. It is what I use for salad dressings, cooking, (but never for frying) and for the Clark liver cleanse. I buy it in a 25.4 fl. oz. bottle and costs from $12.00 to $15.00. They also have a smaller size.
I don't think anyone will find this high quality olive oil in there local grocery store. Try finding it in your health food
store.
