Couldn't agree more....I should have added that although I've read alot of references in this forum to lack of energy the next day and a sleepless night the day of the flush these were not my experience.

After I lay down after the oil and "enjoyed" the feelings for about 20 minutes or so I promptly fell asleep (without the use of those Orinthine (sp?) pills) and awoke the next morning to take care of my two small children at 6am. I managed to void the stones between dressing them, playing with them..etc...
