for great hydration try adding exactly 1 gram of potassium citrate to one litre of water (distilled or spring, but it shouldn't have a high mineral content). shake well, make sure the citrate fully dissolves. then drink on emtpy stomach. does not taste great, but its the perfect concentration of minerals and water to push the potassium and H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) into your cells. helps greatly with hydration issues. make sure the potassium citrate is pure, dont get some with added fillers like rice powder or whatever.
