I am terrified at the thought of juice fasting. I think my body would go into shock. I had a carrot/cucumber juice today and I just ate a tomato. I am allergic to raw fruits and vegetables so I usually juice them and it only makes me feel a bit sick, but if I drank lots of juice there's no telling what it would do. Maybe I should try a juice fast for one day only.
Anyway, I weigh 120 lbs but I am only 5'2 so I would like to lose 15 pounds so that I feel more comfortable.
