Two Questions about Curing Tapeworm

I noticed your posts about using Praziquantel to eliminate tapeworm, and now I see your post here about curing parasites using:

pinworms: vermox
toxocara: vermox, albendazole, fenbendazole
liver flukes: fenbendazole, humaworm
tapeworm: coQ10 megadose 4000mg/day for 4 days

Did the Praziquantel not work?

Second question: Do you know -- by killing the tapeworm, will that release other parasites into my body as the Tapeworms die and disintegrate?
