Would appreciate any and all help for first flush

Sorry all, I think I posted this as an answer (in the wrong place) so I'll try again:

I'm so confused, being a newcomer to this philosophy and practice. I found Julia Chang researching liver cysts and she recommends liver/gallstone flushes by using her formulas first and without fasting or first using Epsom Salts . I don't understand the difference in flushes and would love to know since I will attempt my first flush in about 4 weeks. I would greatly appreciate if anyone who has had very successful first flushes would let me know what they used and how they did it. Also, I keep reading about ornithine. What is this and where do you get it? Would appreciate any and all help I can get at this point. Thanks all!
