yes I need to find an herbalist. I'm looking into it now. I have no energy somedays and i've been having pain in my joints and back. my gallbadder i just have constant discomfort. But I have not exercised in about a year because I just don't have the energy. I'm from Boston Mass if anyone knows a good chinese herbalist in the area please let me know.
