1. Can I tape the wires to inside and outside of the stainless steel container?
2. When you did this, did you see sparks. Ted (parhat) mentions we should see sparks when doing this.
3. Does the quantity of water determine, how long it will take to energize.

I have a PH meter/ORP meter, so I can measure these values of my EW and compare it with tap water.
