Yes - I did and I did feel great, but somehow for me, I do the most essential, things. Once I reached a point that I felt really good I stuck to the most basic items and tweak and return to some things as I need to. Intention has proven to be one of the best influences in my overall results, such as Owen's advise on Blessing the water, and generally thinking about the foods or items to be consumed and 'programming' your intention into them - I guess that is conscious eating? sounds like it may be.
