Yeah, a couple of things about the Diva Cup
which has gained popularity and can now be
found in a good health food store. One, they
come in two sizes so if the display you see
does not offer both, you need to read and
see if the cup they have on the shelf is the
right one for you. Secondly, I also thought
it would function more like a cervical cap
or a diaphragm but it is even simpler than
that. You merely fold it in half and insert
it so that it is just inside your vagina.
It does take a little getting used to, but
if you were unable to find other sanitary
needs, it is a good option.
