For those of us still cycling, there
is the issue of not having access to
sanitary products during an emergency
or an event where stores are closed or
supplies not available.

I found a website that offered many

The one I settled on was a Diva Cup~~

I have used it and found it easy to
insert and remove for cleaning.

My mother-in-law spoke of growing up
when they made their own tampons of
long strips of muslin which they tightly
rolled and inserted. She grew up in a
large family of girls and would tell of
seeing the muslin, boiled and bleached,
flapping on the clothesline.

This issue will be an important consideration
and one which you may wish to put on your
list so that when the need arises, you
will be prepared.
