Latin, you made it 4 days! Thats great, do not down yourself. Every time you attempt a fast, you will get stronger and stronger, this is a learning experience, and if you feel up to it, you can try again soon.

I am not the one to give advice, I am just not that educated enough yet, but I will always be around to give you a place to rest your woes. Good job dear, feel proud.
