I am so sorry you are suffering, but things will get better. It's amazing to me how people kill over a bag of ice. The same thing happened here when Katrina hit and it floored me.

Also, encourage ALL your neighbors to have their insurance agent inspect their roofs for damage. For some reason, insurance companies rarely reject roof claims! Tweet
