There is a short film out, and text, saying that unsweetened cranberries coat Ecoli, and cause them to slide on out.

Don't know what to make of this.

Cranberries and plums/prunes are said to be the only two fruits that cause an acidic condition in the body...the others being converted to alkaline.

I found this bit of information curious.

Cranberry cocktail, of course, being mainly Sugar water, I suppose.

When I tried unsweetened cranberry juice...from concentrate...I used liquid stevia, a few drops, to take the edge off the tartness. I found it took as many as four drops to a few ounces of juice. That is a powerful lot of stevia!

I didn't notice any particular change in my well-being over a week or two of this juice. I could try it again, I suppose...perhaps using raw cranberries to make my own juice...likely just whizzing them in the blender.

I am concluding that all 'dosages' of natural foods should be quite small...in case a little goes a long way.

F.
