You are right, of course, but I have often wondered if some people have an awful lot more Dopamine in their
brains than others. This would explain a lot.
If a group of people were exposed to pesticides in their environment, the person with less Dopamine to
start with is the one who is going to show Parkinson features first. It would also explain the fact that some
people in old age get Parkinson's, but some live to a hundred and are as bright as a button. We can lose
a fair amout of Dopamine before we show symptoms... think it's 70% or so.
So perhaps we can say, if your brain has plenty of Dopamine in the right places, you're not going to get
Parkinson's.
