From my understanding, this approach suggests a low-glycemic diet to address the insulin issue...discouraging high and simple carbohydrates. Fresh fruits are not excluded altogether, but they should be limited...with a heavier emphasis on vegetables for carb intake.

Hirsutism is the result of hormonal imbalances...primarily excess androgens. There is a connection to increased insulin levels, but this isn't the only factor.

I can appreciate your frustration and don't know why you are experiencing the symptoms you have. I think the first thing you need to do is to find out exactly what the problem is and then set about to find the healthiest and most natural ways to address it.
