But I have a question. as far as diet is concerned, I've heard that eating fruit would be bad for someone with my symptoms (not sure exactly if i have pcos, but sure that I have some of it's symptoms). because it has something to do with insulin levels. the article says female hirsutism (unwanted hair) isn't just a cosmetic problem (like acne) its a manifestation from inside your body (most likely insulin) but the article states that fruit is good... I feel so discouraged. I don't fully understand WHY i have my symptoms and what to do about them
