When you say Sutherlandia are you referring to the Sutherlandia OPC or just plain Sutherlandia Frutescens?  There is a very big difference and only the OPC contains the oleander that is so effective against cancer.

If she is taking OPC and black cumin seeds, then she is taking the two most potent natural pancreatic cancer fighters I know of.  If it were me, I would also add inositol/IP6, laetrile and colloidal silver at a minimum (see my suggested anti-cancer protocol for a complete list of recommendations).  I would also recommend most highly that she take extra measures to cleanse, protect and regerate the liver.  It is very likely already impaired if cancer is present and the toxins from the dying cancer cells are creating a big extra burden that could be dangerous if protective measures are not taken.

Another suggestion when it comes to pancreatic cancer is to take pancreatic enzymes.
