Remind yourself how toxic the food is.
Keep in mind how long it will take to digest, if it's even digestable!
Remember that most things you eat...never taste as good as you think they will. Smells and visuals are always more satisfying than the actual taste.
I guarantee those lamb chops didn't taste nearly as good as they smelled.

One thing I almost feel guilty for, was feel sorry for the people who were eating that junk...feeling superior for bettering myself while they poisoned themselves.
