So this is my first juice fast and I am battling ever so slightly. Not only am I out of fresh things already but I am now facing cravings. Especially for meat. Not helping matters, my mum took it upon herself to cook lamb chops last night in the hopes of coaxing me to eat (bless her motherly soul). I resisted. Alas i was wondering if any experienced juice fasters know any ways to curb the heavy cravings? This has probably been asked many times before, and if so i apologise for the monotony.
