Severe peeling on left foot

Hi everyone,
I really need help with a problem I've had for a little over 2 years now. I am 30yrs old and am trying to get over a severe foot peeling problem. It is on my left foot on the sole of my foot from the heel up to half of my underside of my foot is very thick skinned and peels chunks off. Really unpleasant and painful. Sometimes it bleeds when I peel it. I cannot leave it alone. Even when I don't touch it, it merely turns hard again and the outer layer is thick dead skin that starts to peel off, I merely pull it off because if I don't it just gets harder and thicker. I've tried a variety of natural and O.T.C. meds. Soaked it in Epson salt with H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) and grapefruit seed extract. I've used Bentonite clay in the soaks. I've put every imaginable lotion just about on it. Antifungal creams, tea tree oil, raw garlic with oil.........you name it. I even tried the Humaworm cream. I finally went to the podiatrist and he just gave me some label diagnosis of keritonitis (sp?) and a RX for Uric Acid cream. He told me to put it all over my foot then wrap in saran wrap each night. Then charged me a hefty fee b/c he's a "specialist" but still never told me really what it was. So I can't go back b/c I can't afford it, plus his treatment's not even working. I'm really desperate. If anyone knows how to treat a severely peeling foot with thick skin (and it's itchy DEEP down sometimes) and it bleeds sometimes when you hit the "live" skin, please let me know what to do.
