URGENT..Re: day 26 - appendicitis

I don't think it was wise to have undergone a fast of this length without first having a thorough diagnostic examination beforehand. I know I slate Medicine a great deal, but I will go on record now to say that they do have their advantages and especially within the area of diagnostics.

I knew the disease I was suffering from before I undertook my first lengthy fast and which was a do or die situation, and where the outcome was a precarious one, but the gamble paid off, but, ONLY with strict and proper living habits in between before my next lengthy fast.

I would personally seek out a diagnostic evaluation as soon as possible, as there are some health conditions where a fast can be contraindicated.
You must find this out as a matter of urgency and asap just to err on the safe side.

I do not mean to be alarmist, just an absolute precautionary step in your own interests.
