Natural way to get rid of Silverfish?

I've found the perfect place to store my long term food but I found one silverfish in the room yesterday. I know if there's one then there are more. It's a carpeted room with good ventilation with a ceiling fan but the room it next to a bathroom. Never had any leaks from the bath but the house is 15 years old. Any natural ways to get rid of the pest before I start to put food storage in the room? My cats do frequent the room and the room is used as a semi guest room.
