I think you're right Deva! What I can't understand is Christians are supposed to be the republican base, yet they can't tell who is really a Christian, it seems to me. They voted for bush TWICE and in my book, he may believe in God but doesn't follow God's way and that's being as nice as I can be with him. And now we have the Christian base all wound up over the same type of guy again. And McCain seems to be less of a Christian than bush was at this stage of the election. To me, it's sad what the Christian base has become and they wonder where the Spirit of America has gone? That spirit has left Christians themselves, in my opinion. They claim to be proud of America but forget what the Bible says about pride. I've tried to talk to them and all I get is attacked and that's not what a Christian is about. I cannot for the life of me understand what's wrong with the "Christian base". Are they brainwashed, ignorant, not really Christian, blind or have some kind of disease like Dementia? Any Ideas?
