Re: A new strategy to treat HIV/AIDS
OK!!! WOW!!!
Bend Over and pass the vinegar!
One comment!- Like to see the clinical and lab documentation. The ph thing is an interesting correlation and I would love to see that data.
2nd comment! Floating stools have usually been attributed to high fat content in stools.( and maybe fiber too.) I don't know what the correlation between ph and floating BM is.
But it would make sense to me that higher fat intake will cleanse and provide lipids/fatty acids used in making the membrane of white cells. But not in Crohns, or collitis where increased bile irritates already inflamed tissues.
It you are trying to build cells at a faster rate than are destroyed, you would need constant supply of healthy cholesterol and fat and these are the building blocks of lymphocytes. Fatty acids are the building blocks.
Also, some fats, flax seed, omega III, coconut oil, actually are antioxidants that appear to donate oxygen, which in itself is antiviral, so higher fat intake may be helpful. (healthy fats)In this example floating stools could be associated with decreased viral load based upon the anaerobic loving nature of viruses and the oxygen donation of certain fats.
If flushing your colon with vinegar is helpful, why can't we used iodine. Shouldn't that kill viruses upon contact?
Furthermore, apple skins and vinegar are loaded with polyphenols. Some of the most complex polyphenols are found right here. Enemas using vinegar may in fact be an oxygen treatment and not cytotoxic through acid. Once again oxygen is in fact anti viral.
The way the colon works is that mucous lining, sodium layers, facilitate absorbtion of nutrients and passing of toxins and waiste products. To flush with vinegar would only lower ph temporarily, will not lower ph in blood stream, and there is some debate as to whether it affects the ph of actual intestinal cells themselves, which are layered.
If vinegar is too strong it actually will removed the mucous layer of the intestine and damage the lining of the colon. Is this a good thing?
Also, the colon itself represents such a small portion of the entire intestinal tract, and enemas usually are associated with
colonic space only. The focus on the colon itself seems a little short-sighted if you are in fact following this intestinal line of treatment. But I don't know for sure.
The statement that 60% of HIV viruses are found in the colon is also intriguing statement as I thought HIV was blood born pathogen that just loves to infect lymphocytes. As I have said before, if the area of exposure is the colon then it would almost seem like this would be the breading ground for the virus. In this sense, colon viruses. But not all HIV has been contracted through anal sex.
So, if your exposure to AIDS is from anal sex, the colon is actually the incubation chamber for this virus. Makes sense that large volumes can be found here.
In this realm, the colon therapy makes sense in terms of lowering over-all viral loads. To say vinegar strips virus of mucous coating seems like a leap as many viruses have protein capsules. Looks like I need to research retro viruses more I guess before I can make a definative statement.
Also, viruses are proven to like acidic environments that are deficient in oxygen, lowering ph would seem to cator to their needs and not deprive them of their needs.
I can soak a wart in vinegar. It will turn white, dead tissue will slough, but the wart is still there and start to grow in a couple of days.
The other thing that bothers me about this theory is that we are assuming you can control a systemic infection through localized treatment. I hope that is not what we are saying here.
IF I get a strep infection in my throat and it spreads to my heart valves, gargling with
Iodine means very little. Same with HIV, there is still a systemic blood-born infection even if colon viruses are colonizing and are totally eliminated from the colon. You still have systemic infection. So, is the implication that colon therapies are helpful or are curative?
So, if you could send some laboratory documentation my way,...I would love to read it!
But still, Part of me, I almost want to say, Hey, drink the apple cider vinegar, and stop sticking it up your butt.
But hell, you know the old saying: if it works, don't knock it!
Thanks and Sorry for my tounge and cheek humor! Don't be offended.
