Oops, almost forgot...you must get a first aid kit aka Becks Protocol.
Ozone machine and SP are a must, you will not believe how much one can solve with a 1h Blood Cleaner session....

Unfortunately CS and DMSA don't work well together, also with lyme the CS kills only lyme it can get in contact with leaving you with Lyme in organs, glands and brain/spine anyhow so best to skip that part until most of the Mercury is out.
