The itching rectum is caused by a yeast overgrowth caused by the master cleanse. While the cleanse kills the bad bacteria...it also kills the good bacteria and allows the yeast to overgrow. I personally use garlic pills and caprillic acid whenever I start itching in the rectum and take them a few times a day for a week and it usually is under control from there. Hope that helps! Tweet
